SEAN THOMAS LOGUE, ESQUIRE
Sean is a graduate of the West Virginia University College of Law, where he served as the Vice President of the class of 2007 as well as the Treasurer of the Student Bar Association.
Sean is also a graduate Washington and Jefferson College in Washington, Pennsylvania, where he majored in Political Science, played varsity football, and was a member of the Philosophy Honors Society.
Upon graduating from WVU Law, Sean worked for the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General Criminal Prosecutions Unit, where he was tasked with preparing organized crime and sex cases for trial.
In 2008, Sean started the law practice Sean Logue & Associates, which has gone on to represent thousands of clients in all types of criminal proceedings, including DUI, traffic, sexual assault, homicides, major and simple drug cases, and white collar crimes.
Sean has represented defendants all throughout West Virginia, including the southern most counties as well as the eastern panhandle. Sean is a former member of the Federal Criminal Justice Act panel in the Northern District of West Virginia, where he was appointed to handle complex federal drug cases and prisoner litigation.
He has successfully represented various nation trucking companies and drivers associations for all of their complex traffic ticket needs and cases. He has been appointed by the Governor to be a member of the council of trustees of the California University of Pennsylvania. He is also associated with the National College for DUI Defense since 2009.
Sean has earned a reputation as one of the most sought-after lawyers in West Virginia because of his high degree of competency and communication with his clients. Sean has passed both the West Virginia and Pennsylvania Bar Examinations, and has represented clients in both the Northern and Southern District of West Virginia Federal Courts. Today, Sean splits time between his Morgantown and Pittsburgh law offices. He has been awarded numerous distinctions including being named to the following prestigious lists:

Sean has handled numerous high profile cases that has led to many stories in local media, including numerous front-page stories in the Observer-Reporter newspaper as well as a lead story on KDKA and WPXI.
He is a proficient legal advocate who is highly professional and immensely knowledgeable. Consistently updated on the recent changes in DUI law, he has also won several DUI trials. He has in-depth knowledge about every aspect of criminal defense and has handled several cases in many district courts too. He values honest and frank communication with all his clients. He immediately discusses whatever information he gathers on the case with his client. He makes sure you are aware of every minute detail regarding the case at every stage of the legal proceedings.
In addition to his criminal work, Sean has represented numerous political leaders in election law work, including several state representatives, a mayor of a small town, city councilmen, and a district attorney.
In his free time, Sean follows WVU and Pittsburgh sports, loves to travel, and enjoys reading histories and biographies, politics, and Irish culture.
