West Virginia DUI Test and Lock Program

The DUI Test and Lock program of West Virginia has another official name called ATLP or the Alcohol Test and Lock Program. The program involves installing an ignition interlock device in the car you drive for monitoring you to allow you to refrain from drinking and driving. The lock requires you to blow whenever you enter the car. The car will not start if you are drunk.
