I was arrested on a felony 3 charge looking at at least up to 2 years in prison. County District Attorney didn't want to negotiate. After a lot of hard work, Sean was able to plead the case all the way down to just 90 days jail with a work release. Better deal than I realistically could have hoped for. Mr. Logue took our son’s cases on very short notice (the first lawyer we hired wasn’t getting anywhere with either of the prosecutors and had actually turned one of the cases over to the court-appointed attorney). I'm happy. I paid much more than I would have if I just paid the ticket, but being a professional driver, I'd rather pay more than not have this hanging over my head for 10 years. Especially when it was a bogus ticket, written for more than the truck will even go. My lawyer was excellent. I always ask a lot of questions, and he was always there with an answer. My case kept getting backed up to another date, and I had no worries that I'd get updated as soon as it came about. I'd recommend this service to anyone who needs it. Ive read all these reviews that said how much he cares and is attentive to his clients and it caused me to call, on a Sunday morning none the less, with my very concerning question. My question being, Do I have a legal right to fight for a baby that isn't biologically mine but I am on the birth certificate? And can I fight to be left on the certificate regardless of the DNA going to show that I'm not biologically the father. Now Im just going to say, that he is the fifth law office that I called. I was given the run around by three of the four previous calls and then blatantly told that I wouldn't get any answers over the phone, that i would have to make an appointment for a few days from now, come in and pay $200 just to ask my question by the fourth lawyer I spoke with. It was very refreshing and honestly a great relief for Sean to have taken the time to listen to my concerns. Just to be able to feel the weight off my shoulders being lifted has been a tremendous morality booster as I am going though these issues with the mother of my 4 day old daughter as of 12/2/18. I have been sitting here for the 36 hours that the mother took my daughter and has kept her away from me, in my head and thinking all kinds of horrible thoughts and imagining all the worse case scenarios. In and out in five minutes, attorney actually represented me in the matter in it' entirety.

Atty Logue did have success in having my speeding ticket charge reduced to a non moving violation with no points. I’m sure he is busy in his practice, but his communication could be a bit better. It often takes several days to hear back with a reply. I showed up at court as he requested, and waited almost 2.5 hours thinking I would be meeting with him, however he had came and left, and I was left waiting. Finally, I asked why my name had not been called on the sign in sheet, and they informed me that Atty Logue had already been there to work on my case, and left. While it’s not completely his fault someone did drop the ball on communication, as the court clerk asked me to sign in, and have a seat, however the clerk at the desk failed to inform him I was there, signed in, and sitting in the waiting area as advised. I also did message him that I had been there waiting, but no response was provided to acknowledge or show any care, or lack thereof regarding my wait, or the mishap that occurred with the poor direction provided by the court clerk who had advised me on what to do when I arrived. A simple apology regarding the events that occurred, would have been greatly appreciated, and a meaningful gesture. As I too am a professional working in medicine, and understand these simple mistakes can happen, but they should be acknowledged, when they do. Again, while he was successful, and took care of my speeding ticket case, demonstrating his expertise with this area of law, better communication, and acknowledging the simple mistake that occurred due to the lack of organization at the court would have been greatly appreciated. I do appreciate his services, and I would still recommend him, as again mistakes do and can happen, and he ultimately did obtain the outcome I had hoped for by hiring legal counsel for my representation.

Once again, I availed myself of attorney Sean Logue's exceptional legal expertise. He had what I consider to be the most damaging charges against me dismissed, and negotiated a plea agreement which allowed me to avoid any time in jail for the other charge. I had one of the more serious speeding tickets (110 in a 65 zone), which I am not proud of, but Sean did his best to represent me. He told me he would fight for zero points which would benefit me because I was out of state. I hired him for a very serious criminal matter. He was my third attorney on this fired the other two cause I didn't like how they were caving to the DA on the matter. Sean was absolutely amazing. Logue Law Group helped me reduce a false reckless driving charge (6 month driving suspension if found guilty) to careless driving, due to a bias or discrimination against me in a Pennsylvania Township that is financially struggling because they don't have a Turnpike exit/entrance, with a local police department, and are looking to target one safe driver like me, rather than target the numerous aggressive speeders/tailgaters who then complain to Police about me due to my numerous attempts to safely increase these aggressive tailgater's following distance behind me before navigating a blind reduced speed caution "S" curve, or a blind crest of hill, where I don't have 12 to 15 seconds of visibility in front of me, or in situations of possibly being forced into a T-bone collision with other speeding vehicles going in the opposite direction that may quickly and closely turn in front of me assuming that I'm going slower than the speed limit because of an aggressive tailgater behind me. This mostly happens on two lane roads that don't have numerous clean and safe places to pull-over, where there isn't debris on the road to damage my expensive tires in my 20 year old manual transmission car, which is in great shape, and contrary to the Chief of Police, there isn't always a (clean and safe) place to pull-over and I can't call police while driving due to my manual transmission which requires two hands and two feet to operate. So I put on my four-way flashers to alert the speeder/aggressive tailgater that I have to brake to down shift one or two gears to navigate the caution curve, or the blind crest of hill, or areas where another vehicle may closely turn in front of me into their driveway or another road causing me to hard brake, and this allows me the ability to quickly accelerate back up to highway speed and thereby causes a temporary safe following distance behind me, of about 2.5 to 3 seconds, in case I need to hard brake, thus reducing the chances of being rear-ended by these speeders/aggressive tailgaters. My car can easily be totaled by a minor rear-end collision or a minor T- bone accident, because it has a low vehicle value and this would mean I need to pay for any repairs out my pocket, rather than let the insurance company send my well-maintained 20 year old car to the junk yard. Also, they helped me get a second careless driving charge by another Police Department in a town, that is financially struggling also, dropped after an appeal, who received a call about me from the township Police. Also, they advised me to plead guilty to the first careless driving charge in the same township where the Police previously called and said they had a video (from an aggressive tailgater and Police didn't realize they were following too closely and violating state law) and later Police saw me safely take the extra precaution of putting on my four-way flashers before braking so I could down shift from fourth to second gear and drive towards a line of vehicles at a red light, now going about 20 mph rather than 40 mph and I gave plenty of warning time and distance to an approaching current aggressive tailgater, who just previously got too close three times right before this traffic light, and this vehicle proceeded to drive fast towards my rear-end and brake hard and slow down quickly within inches of my rear-end and the police didn't recognize that as we were driving at about 20 mph towards the red light this vehicle was following too closely in violation of state law and Police couldn't drive between our two vehicles to pull me over. Attorney Sean Logue is the real deal. You might get nervous after hiring him because most of his communication is by text and it can sometimes be hard to get ahold of him, but when the day comes that you need him to be there he will be there and he will absolutely go the distance for you. I was uneasy about retaining his services because I'd only ever had one attorney before him (my family's attorney David Lake, RIP), but Mr. Logue went to bat for me as hard as Mr. Lake would have done. I absolutely recommend Attorney Logue and if the day should ever come that I need his services again, I would retain him again in a heartbeat.
